Your central hub for managing quotes, bookings, and fleet activity.

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into AeroQuote. It provides an at-a-glance view of your entire operation.

Overview

The Dashboard includes:

  • Quick Stats β€” Active requests, quotes, and bookings counts

  • AI Assistant β€” Create quotes using natural language (Beta)

  • Calendar View β€” See scheduled quotes and bookings by date

  • Fleet Timeline β€” View aircraft availability and scheduling


Quick Stats

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see three key metrics:

Quote requests awaiting your response

Active Quotes

Quotes sent to customers, pending acceptance

Active Bookings

Confirmed bookings in progress

Click View all on any card to jump directly to that section.


AI Assistant (Beta)

The AI Assistant card appears on your Dashboard, offering a quick way to create quotes using natural language.

Click Open Chat to start a conversation. See the AI Assistant Guide for full details.


Calendar View

The Calendar shows all your quotes and bookings visually by date.

Color Coding

Color

Blue

Quote in progress

Green

Quote accepted

Purple

Confirmed booking

Calendar Controls

  • Previous/Next Month β€” Navigate between months

  • Today β€” Jump to current date

  • View Options:

    • Month β€” Full month grid view

    • Week β€” 7-day view with more detail

    • Day β€” Single day with hourly breakdown

    • List β€” Text list of events

Clicking Events

Click any quote or booking on the calendar to open it directly.

  1. Open Dashboard at aeroquote.test/operator/dashboard

  2. Show the calendar with some quotes/bookings visible

  3. Click through Month β†’ Week β†’ Day β†’ List views

  4. Click on a quote to show it opens the quote page

  5. Navigate to previous/next month

  6. Duration: ~90 seconds


Fleet Timeline

The Fleet Timeline shows aircraft availability across time, making it easy to spot scheduling conflicts or find available aircraft.

Switching Views

Toggle between Calendar and Fleet Timeline using the buttons above the main view.

Timeline Features

  • Each row represents one aircraft in your fleet

  • Colored blocks show when aircraft are scheduled

  • Gaps indicate availability

  • Hover over blocks for quick details

  1. From Dashboard, click "Fleet Timeline" button

  2. Show the timeline view with aircraft rows

  3. Hover over a scheduled block to show tooltip

  4. Point out available gaps

  5. Switch back to Calendar view

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use the List view when you need to quickly scan upcoming items

  • Switch to Fleet Timeline when planning new flights to check aircraft availability

  • Keep an eye on the Active Quotes count β€” follow up on quotes before they expire
