Add and manage team members in your AeroQuote account.
The Staff section lets you manage team members who work with your AeroQuote account. Add staff for user account access, or as crew members for booking assignments.
Accessing Staff
From the sidebar, click Staff to open the Staff list page.
Staff List
The Staff page shows all team members with:

Use the search bar to quickly find staff members by name or email.
Adding a Staff Member
Step 1: Open the Add Form
Click the Add Staff button (top right of the Staff list).
Step 2: Enter Details
Fill in the staff member's information:

Step 3: Save
Click Save to add the staff member.

Editing Staff
Find the staff member in the list
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on their row
Update their details
Click Save
Staff as Crew Members
Staff members can be assigned to bookings as crew. When you add crew to a flight in a booking, you'll select from your Staff list.
Tip: Add all your pilots, co-pilots, and cabin crew as Staff members so they're available for crew assignment on bookings.
Staff vs. User Accounts
There's a difference between Staff (listed here) and Users (people who can log in):

Login accounts with access to AeroQuote
A staff member can exist without a user account (e.g., a pilot who doesn't need system access). To give a staff member login access, you'll need to create a User account for them through Settings β Permissions.
Deleting Staff
Find the staff member in the list
Click the Delete button (trash icon)
Confirm the deletion
Careful! Deleting a staff member may affect historical booking records where they were assigned as crew. Consider marking them as inactive instead if they've been assigned to past bookings.
