Facilities

Add FBO and Custom Facilities to your Quotes and Bookings to enhance your customers experience. When you add a Facility to your Quote or Booking your customers will view your Airport meeting points or service locations at any airport.

Air crews can view the FBO location and contact details to ensure seamless operations.

Using Facilities

When you select an airport from a departure or arrival selection box, and that airport has one or more Facilities, a Choose Facility link will appear below the airport box. Clicking that box will open a facility choice window.

Select the facility you want to attach to the quote or booking. The facility will be shown to the customer in the online quote or booking webview when the customer clicks "Show Details". Features include a clickable map to open in a new page and a driving directions address link.

Changing Facilities in an existing Quote

1. Navigate to Options in any Quote and click the edit button of a flight sector.

2. In the Flight edit window, you may add and remove Facilities under the departure or arrival selection boxes.

If you cant find the FBO or Facility you want, or if you need a custom location for your customers, you may create a custom Facility at any airport including your custom Airports.
