Custom Facilities

Add a custom facilities or FBOs to any Airport. Your data remains in your own private database. You facilities to help customers locate your meeting point and to let air crew know which FBO to book.

Steps to create a Custom Facility

  1. Navigate to Custom Items and click Add Custom Facility

  2. In the window that appears, give the new facility a name.

  3. Add Phone and email and notes if desired (details will be available to air crew)

  4. Select the airport where the facility is based. This can be a custom or normal airport.

  1. Drag the pin and use the zoom controls to center the pin over the custom facility location

  2. Or enter an address and drag the pin for fine changes.

  1. Upload an image to display to your customers in the online quote or booking view.

  2. Click Create to save the new facility.

Using Facilities

When you select an airport from a departure or arrival selection box, and that airport has one or more Facilities, a Choose Facility link will appear below the airport box. Clicking that box will open a facility choice window.

Select the facility you want to attach to the quote or booking. The facility will be shown to the customer in the online quote or booking webview when the customer clicks "Show Details". Features include a clickable map to open in a new page and a driving directions address link.

When a quote option is accepted or a booking email is send to crews, the facility, if added, will be shown in the email under the airport name.
