When External Operators receive an RFQ email and click the secure link, they enter a specialized response webpage designed for intuitive flight review and RFQ responses.

  • Aircraft image and registration displayed for clarity

  • Flight Details:

    • Flights organized chronologically by departure date

    • Shows departure/arrival airports, facilities / FBO, and timings
