The External Operator RFQ page
When External Operators receive an RFQ email and click the secure link, they enter a specialized response webpage designed for intuitive flight review and RFQ responses.
Read below to understand how an External Operator can provide responses to your RFQ:
Access
No login required - uses secure signed URLs for access
RFQ Presentation:
- Aircraft image and registration displayed for clarity 
- External notes from you 
- Related aircraft links (if multiple aircraft selected for same External Operator) 
- Status indicators for current response state 
- Questions and answers 
- Visual route map showing complete flight path 
- Flight Details: - Flights organized chronologically by departure date 
- Shows departure/arrival airports, facilities / FBO, and timings 
- Displays passenger counts per flight segment 
 

Add Flight Before/After:
External operators can modify the mission with additional positioning flights:
- Smart Route Planning: - "Add Flight Before" creates positioning flight to first departure airport 
- "Add Flight After" creates ferry flight from final arrival airport 
- Automatic calculation of optimal departure times with buffer periods for convience 
 
- Automatic Duration Calculation: - Uses aircraft performance data to calculate realistic flight times 
- Suggests departure times that account for turnaround requirements 
 
- Flight Type Classification: - Options for Charter or Ferry type designations 
 

Add Stop Functionality:
External operators can make route optimizations by adding intermediate / technical stops:
- Intelligent Stop Suggestions: - Suggests some midpoint airports between departure and arrival 
 
- Airport Search 
- Automatic Flight Splitting: - Original flight automatically divided into two segments 
- 60-minute ground time automatically added between segments 
- FBO selection available for new stop locations 
 

Response Types:
Approve with Pricing:
- Multi-currency price input with automatic conversion 
- Total mission pricing 
- Optional notes field for pricing conditions or requirements 
- Real-time validation to ensure complete information 
Unavailable Response:
- Simple decline option when aircraft not available 
- Optional message field to explain unavailability 
- Immediate notification (email) sent to you 
Question & Answer Communication
When an external operator asks a question:
- Questions appear in their Questions and Comments section 
- A email is sent immediately to you with question details 
- All communications are logged for reference 
Communication Flow:
External operator asks question → You receive notification
You reply → External operator receives your response
