Manage images for your quote documents and branding.

The Banner Images library stores images you can use in quote documents. Add your aircraft photos, company banners, and other visual assets.


Accessing Banner Images

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar

  2. Click the Banner Images tab


What Are Banner Images?

Banner images are visual assets used in your quote PDFs and documents:

  • Aircraft photos showcasing your fleet

  • Company banners and logos

  • Scenic destination images

  • Any images that make your quotes look professional


Uploading Images

Step 1: Click Upload

Click the Upload Image button.

Step 2: Select File

Choose an image file from your computer:

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP

  • Recommended size: 1920x1080 pixels or larger

  • Max file size: Check your plan limits

Step 3: Add Details

  1. Enter a Name for the image (e.g., "King Air Exterior")

  2. Optionally add a description

  3. Click Save


Using Images in Quotes

Once uploaded, images are available in the quote document builder:

  1. Open a quote

  2. Go to the Document Builder step

  3. Drag an Image block into your document

  4. Select from your Banner Images library

  3. Upload a new image

  4. Navigate to a quote's Document Builder

  5. Show selecting an image from the library

Managing Images

Renaming

  1. Click on an image

  2. Edit the name

  3. Save changes

Deleting

  1. Click the Delete button on an image

  2. Confirm deletion

  • Use consistent aspect ratios for a polished look

  • Include a variety of angles (exterior, interior, cockpit)

  • Add destination photos for popular routes

  • Keep file sizes reasonable for faster loading
