Manage the terms and conditions your customers agree to.

The Terms & Conditions manager lets you create and manage the T&Cs that customers must accept when viewing quotes online.


Accessing Terms & Conditions

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar

  2. Navigate to the Terms & Conditions section


Why Use Terms & Conditions?

When you enable T&C requirements:

  • Customers must accept your terms before accepting a quote online

  • Creates a clear legal agreement

  • Acceptance is timestamped and recorded

  • Protects your business


Creating Terms & Conditions

Step 1: Add New T&Cs

  1. Click Add Terms & Conditions

  2. Enter a Name (e.g., "Standard Charter Terms")

  3. Enter the full Terms Text

  4. Click Save

Step 2: Format Your Terms

The terms text supports:

  • Plain text

  • Line breaks for paragraphs

  • Numbered lists for clauses

Keep your T&Cs clear and readable. Customers are more likely to accept terms they can easily understand.


Multiple Terms Documents

You can create multiple T&C documents for different situations:

Requiring T&C Acceptance

To require acceptance on a quote:

  1. Open the quote

  2. In the quote settings, enable Require T&C acceptance

  3. Select which T&C document to use

  4. Save the quote

Viewing Acceptance Records

When a customer accepts T&Cs:

  • Timestamp is recorded

  • IP address may be logged

  • Acceptance shows on the quote/booking record


Editing Terms & Conditions

  1. Find the T&C document in the list

  2. Click Edit

  3. Update the text

  4. Click Save

  1. Find the T&C document

  2. Click Delete

  3. Confirm deletion
