Enable or disable AeroQuote features for your workflow.

The Modules tab lets you customize which features are active in your AeroQuote account. Turn modules on or off to streamline the interface for your team's workflow.

Accessing Modules

1. Go to Settings from the sidebar

2. Click the Modules tab

Available Modules

Toggle these features based on your needs:

Module	Description
Request for Quote (RFQ)	Enable broker-style RFQ workflows to source aircraft from external operators
External Operators	Manage relationships with third-party operators
Widgets	Enable embeddable enquiry widgets for your website
Maps	Visual route editing and tour flight creation
Accounting Integration	Connect to Xero or QuickBooks

Enabling a Module

1. Find the module you want to enable

2. Toggle the switch to On

3. The feature becomes immediately available

Disabling a Module

1. Find the module you want to disable

2. Toggle the switch to Off

3. The feature is hidden from the interface

Disabling a module hides it from the interface but doesn't delete any data. Re-enable anytime to access your data again.

Recommended Configurations

For Charter Operators

Most operators need:

• ✅ Maps (for route planning)

• ✅ Accounting Integration (for invoicing)

• ❌ RFQ (unless you also broker flights)

For Brokers

Brokers typically enable:

• ✅ RFQ (essential for sourcing)

• ✅ External Operators (manage your network)

• ✅ Accounting Integration

• ✅ Maps

Tips

Start minimal — Enable only what you need. You can always turn on more modules later as your needs grow.

• Fewer active modules = cleaner interface

• Train new staff with limited modules, then expand

• Review your module configuration quarterly
