Manage your AeroQuote subscription and billing.

The Billing tab lets you manage your AeroQuote subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods.


Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar

  2. Click the Billing tab


Subscription Overview

The Billing page shows:

  • Current Plan β€” Your active subscription tier

  • Billing Period β€” Monthly or annual billing cycle

  • Next Payment β€” When your next payment is due

  • Payment Method β€” Card on file


Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

To access more features or add users:

  1. Click Change Plan or Upgrade

  2. Select your new plan

  3. Confirm the change

  4. Billing is prorated automatically

Downgrading

To switch to a lower tier:

  1. Click Change Plan

  2. Select the new plan

  3. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle

Payment Methods

Updating Your Card

  1. Find the Payment Method section

  2. Click Update

  3. Enter new card details

  4. Save changes

Payment History

View past invoices and payment history in the billing section. Click any invoice to download a PDF.


Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Billing

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. Confirm cancellation

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.
